Pricing and payment
Every project is a fixed price agreed before I start, so the number you're quoted is the number you pay. A 25% deposit gets the work underway and the balance is due when the site goes live. Invoices go out through Wave and are paid by e-transfer. There are no monthly fees to me.
Revisions
Two rounds of changes are included after you see the first draft. A round means one consolidated list of what you'd like changed, rather than requests trickling in one at a time. Extra rounds are $50 each. Adding pages or reworking the whole layout is a new quote rather than a revision, and I'll tell you before any of that gets billed.
Timeline and what I need from you
Most first drafts are ready within a few days of the deposit clearing. Projects usually slow down waiting on content, so the faster you get me your photos, logo, text, and answers to my questions, the faster it launches. If I don't hear from you for 30 days I'll pause the project, and the deposit covers the work already done.
Your domain and hosting
You register and pay for your own domain and hosting, in your name and on your card. I'll set it up with you on a call so you hold the logins. This matters: your site never depends on me staying involved, and you can take it elsewhere at any time.
Content and ownership
Anything you send me — photos, logos, written copy — I'll take as yours to use. Once the balance is paid, the finished site is yours. I'd like to show it in my portfolio, but say the word and I won't.
After launch
Small fixes in the first 30 days are on me. Ongoing changes after that are quoted separately, or I can show you how to make them yourself.
If you change your mind
You can walk away at any point. If work has already started, the deposit isn't refundable, since it covers time already spent. Nothing else is owed.
